At Freeze N Dried, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products being consumable items and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Damaged Packages:

In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, kindly send us photos of the damage. Depending on the situation, we may choose to reship the item to you.

Mistakes & Mix-ups:

We strive to ensure all orders are accurate, however, we acknowledge that mistakes can happen. In these situations, we address each case individually.

  • If you receive the wrong product, we typically refund the cost of the item you didn’t receive (unless you’re satisfied with the replacement, in which case we’ll refund any price difference), and offer a gift voucher for your next order. The mistaken product is yours to keep. Please note that due to shipping costs, we generally can’t reship single items.

  • If an item is missing from your order, we’ll refund the cost of the missing item and provide a coupon as an apology. If you have another pending order, or plan to place one, we can include the missing item there.

Refunds:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed, please reach out to us. We may cancel your order at our discretion, subject to a 20% refund fee due to credit card charges. Please note that once orders have been processed, we cannot issue refunds.

Damaged Goods:

If your product is damaged during shipping, we request that you send us a photograph of the damaged box and bag(s). Depending on the situation, we may issue a gift voucher for our online store.

Product Quality:

In the event that your product is not completely freeze-dried, we will issue a gift voucher for the full price you paid for the product, with a little extra to compensate for the inconvenience. We request a video showing the soft/chewy consistency to process this.

Reshipment Policy:

If your shipment returns to us for any reason and you still want it, you will be required to pay the FULL shipping cost for reshipment. An invoice will be sent to the provided email for the exact shipping cost. We do not issue refunds for returned orders.

Damaged or Defective Product:

For products that are damaged or defective, we accept returns for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a full refund of the product purchase price or ship a replacement at no extra cost. Please note that damaged or defective products do not need to be shipped back.
